Thank you for shopping with LumaLift Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if delays or delivery issues occur.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Total delivery time is the order processing time plus the shipping carrier’s estimated transit time.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to customers within the United States of America.
Estimated delivery time after processing:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow up to [24–72 hours] for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Delays
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframes stated on our website and at checkout.
If we become aware that your order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with updated information. When required, we will give you the option to accept the delay or cancel your order for a refund.
Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, supplier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, or your local carrier office.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will review the situation and assist where possible. LumaLift Beauty is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, but we may help you file a carrier claim or review available options.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and determine the best available solution according to our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Preorders and Backorders
If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page or at checkout when available.
If there are unexpected delays, we will contact you with updated information.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you choose not to have the order reshipped, any refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return according to our Refund Policy.
